RIGGWARE provides custom software engineering, AI agent implementation, mobile application development, and systems consulting. Each client engagement is defined by an executed Statement of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, upon full payment for deliverables, all custom application source code, designs, and workflow configurations developed specifically for the client transfer completely to the client. RIGGWARE retains rights to its pre-existing general-purpose frameworks, open-source libraries, and developer tools.
Standard builds include a 30-day post-launch warranty period during which any functional defects or regressions introduced by our engineering team are diagnosed and resolved at no additional charge.
The project cost calculators hosted on this site are indicative estimators provided for budgeting guidance only. Formal pricing commitments are established exclusively via signed Statements of Work following technical discovery.
Deployments that rely on external API providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Cloud) are subject to those providers' own terms and data policies. RIGGWARE is not responsible for any data or code that such providers may use to train their models in connection with services RIGGWARE uses or deploys on a client's behalf, unless the model is hosted locally on infrastructure under the client's control.
