Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Core Privacy Philosophy

At RIGGWARE, privacy is an architectural principle, not an afterthought. We build AI systems and software applications designed to keep client data under client ownership. We do not sell, rent, or monetize client data or end-user interactions.

2. No AI Model Training On Client Data

Any AI workflows, LLM reasoning pipelines, or agents deployed by RIGGWARE are configured with strict zero-data-retention parameters. We use enterprise API endpoints from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Cloud with explicit agreements that prohibit model training on submitted prompts or embeddings.

Where RIGGWARE uses or deploys systems with third-party API providers, those providers' own terms and policies govern how they may handle submitted data and code. RIGGWARE is not responsible for any data or code that such providers may use to train their models, unless the model is hosted locally on client-controlled infrastructure.

3. Information Collected on riggsware.dev

Our website is intentionally built as a static site. We do not use third-party invasive trackers, behavioral fingerprinting scripts, or cross-site tracking cookies. When you submit a project inquiry via our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, and project requirements solely to respond to your request.

4. Data Storage & Security

All communications are encrypted in transit using modern TLS 1.3 encryption. Information provided during client engagements is stored inside client-controlled VPCs and air-gapped repositories wherever feasible.

5. Contact & Data Deletion Requests

To request full deletion of your contact information or project records, please email privacy@riggsware.dev. Requests are verified and processed within 48 business hours.
